Browns WR Cedric Tillman is expected to return to practice on Wednesday after missing Weeks 13 and 14 in concussion protocol. (Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)

Browns HC Kevin Stefanski stated that Tillman is 'doing better' and should practice some on Wednesday. If he clears protocol by Friday, he will be set to return on Sunday for when Cleveland hosts Kansas City.
