Tee Higgins quiet in win Monday

Tee Higgins caught 2-of-5 targets for 23 yards in Monday's 27-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys.
Fantasy Impact:
Higgins was pretty ineffective against the Cowboys. He caught just two passes over the course of the game, and he was only able to turn that into 23 total yards. He has very good upside on a week-to-week basis, but there's no denying that his floor is lower than fantasy managers would like.
