Jordan Mason runs for 78 yards in Week 13

by Matthew Adam | 49ers Correspondent | Mon, Dec 2nd 5:57am EST

Jordan Mason carried the ball 13 times for 78 yards in a 35-10 loss to the Bills in Week 13.

Fantasy Impact:

Starting running back Christian McCaffrey suffered what may be a season-ending PCL injury in his knee and left before halftime, which pushed Mason back into the lead role, a role in which he thrived in the first half of the season. The veteran responded well on a cold, snowy evening in Buffalo, posting his best yardage game since October 6 against Arizona. With Mason looking like the 49ers' starting running back for the rest of the season, fantasy managers will want to check waiver wires this week to see if he is out there. The 49ers face the Bears in Week 14.
