The 49ers have ruled out Christian McCaffrey for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Bills. (San Francisco 49ers on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
McCaffrey had gone down by himself before heading to the locker room. It was reportedly a contact injury from the play prior. There should be further updates on his status early this upcoming week. Jordan Mason and Isaac Guerendo will handle the carries for the rest of the game.
