Josh Downs sees 10 targets Sunday

Josh Downs caught 7-of-10 targets for 72 yards in the Colts 30-20 loss against the Bills.
Fantasy Impact:
The lone knock on Downs on the day was him dropping what would have been an easy touchdown near the goal line. He remained the top target for Joe Flacco, especially with Michael Pittman sidelined.
