Brandin Cooks (knee) not being activated off of IR

Cowboys WR Brandin Cooks (knee) will not yet be activated for practice off of IR, but does appear to be moving around well, per HC Mike McCarthy. (Jane Slater on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cooks was placed on injured reserve on Oct. 5 due to an infection that developed in his knee. It appears the 11th-year veteran is not yet ready to return to play.
