Saints QB Derek Carr (oblique) is officially active for Week 9.
Fantasy Impact:
Carr was limited in practice, but is making his return after missing three weeks with an oblique injury. His return is a boost to the Saints’ pass catchers in a favorable matchup against Carolina.
