Trevon Diggs (calf) officially active for Week 9

Diggs was listed as questionable despite not practicing all week. After completing a pre-game workout, he will play against the Falcons Sunday. With fellow CB DaRon Bland inactive, Diggs' ability to play will be key to stopping the Falcons' passing attack.
