Spencer Rattler to remain starter if Derek Carr is still sidelined

Saints coach Dennis Allen said Spencer Rattler will start Week 8’s game against the Chargers if Derek Carr (oblique) remains sidelined. (Katherine Terrell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Carr is expected to have a throwing session on Tuesday at which points the Saints will re-evaluate where he is at. Rattler would be off the fantasy radar against a tough Chargers defense.
