Michael Penix Jr. sees first regular season action

Michael Penix Jr. completed his lone pass attempt for a 14-yard gain in a 34-14 loss to the Seahawks in Week 7.
Fantasy Impact:
Penix came in late in the fourth quarter of the blowout loss as the Falcons pulled Kirk Cousins with the game out of hand. In his first taste of NFL action, the rookie signal-caller completed his lone attempt to Casey Washington in the contest. Penix will return to his normal role as the Falcons' QB2 in Week 8 against the Buccaneers.
