Spears didn't practice on Thursday. He's still managing a hamstring injury of some kind, and if he isn't able to log at least a limited practice on Friday, then he will almost certainly miss Sunday's game against the Bills. If that's the case, Tony Pollard will be a very strong starter in most league formats.
