Fantasy Impact:
The Saints are likely going to be without Carr again on Thursday night. He wasn't able to practice all week due to an oblique injury, and he is now officially listed as doubtful to play. Rookie Spencer Rattler will get the start in his likely absence, but he isn't set up for success with Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (knee) both ruled out for Week 7.
