Fantasy Impact:
As expected, Downs was not able to practice for the Colts on Wednesday. He's dealing with a toe injury right now, but it seems to be just a day-to-day issue for him right now. It's possible that he will have an injury designation heading into the weekend, but we won't know for sure until after Friday's practice.
