Darius Slayton finishes with 57 yards in Week 6
by Matthew Adam | Giants Correspondent | Mon, Oct 14th 5:58am EDT
Darius Slayton caught six of his 11 targets for 57 yards in a 17-7 loss to the Bengals in Week 6.
Fantasy Impact:
Slayton tied for the lead on the Giants in receiving yards, targets, and catches on Sunday night. The veteran receiver survived an injury scare in the third quarter as he landed hard on a play and was evaluated for a concussion. However, he passed the league's concussion testing and was able to return to action shortly after. Slayton has flourished in the absence of Malik Nabers (concussion) who has missed the past two games with a concussion of his own. If Nabers misses Week 7 against the Eagles, Slayton will be on the map as a flex option in fantasy.
