The 49ers have placed DL Yetur Gross-Matos (knee) on injured reserve. (49ers on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Gross-Matos was already ruled out for Week 4 and apparently will need additional time to recover from a knee injury he suffered in Week 4. He will now miss at least the next four games.
