Myles Garrett (foot/Achilles/thigh) is off of the injury report and will play in Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders. (Daniel Oyefusi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Garrett missed practice earlier this week because of an array of injuries that he's dealing with, but they are just minor bumps and bruises and he is off of the injury report for Week 4. His presence is great news for Cleveland's defense in a matchup against a weakened Las Vegas offense.
