Fantasy Impact:
As expected, Conklin will not be available to play in Week 4. He's still dealing with a hamstring injury that left him sidelined in Week 3, and it's possible that he will even need to miss more time beyond this game. Jedrick Wills Jr. (knee) is also not playing, so Cleveland's offensive line will be weaker than usual against the Raiders.
