Fantasy Impact:
Simmons was unable to practice on Thursday because of an elbow injury. He recently sustained it, but we don't know much about the severity of it at this point. If he's unable to play this week, that will be a tough blow for Tennessee's defense in a plus matchup against the Dolphins.
