Fantasy Impact:
Hopkins missed Thursday's practice. The team gave him a rest day, and with their game being on Monday this week, he should have adequate opportunity to practice on Friday or Saturday. He should play in Week 4 but won't be a trustworthy fantasy option against the Dolphins.
