Kittle is dealing with some tightness in his hamstring and is now uncertain to play in Week 3. He wasn't able to practice on Thursday, and the team might just choose to let him sit out to rest and fully recover. If that's the case, Brandon Aiyuk and Jordan Mason will be primed for a lot of work against the Rams with San Francisco missing several key players.
