Josh Downs is officially inactive for the Colts' Week 2 matchup against the Packers.
Fantasy Impact:
He was considered 50/50 to play this weekend, and it looks like the team chose to be cautious. As a result, Alec Pierce and Ashton Dulin should see a slight uptick in usage.
