Fantasy Impact:
Cooks has been dealing with both injuries and personal issues over the past few weeks, but he is good to go now and is not listed on the injury report at all ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Browns. He isn't worth starting, however, and should remain on the waiver wire in most league formats for the time being.
