Jermaine Burton ‘far more likely’ to have redshirt rookie year

The Cincinnati Bengals coaching staff believes rookie WR Jermaine Burton is not quite where he needs to be as a pro to crack the receiving rotation just yet, although they are still very impressed with the third-round pick's abilities that he has shown on tape and see him as a future starter. It is a long-shot that he is a contributor this year offensively and he may see more of a redshirt year unless he shows major growth through maturing and following the playbook over the course of the season.
