Terrace Marshall Jr. expected to sign with 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers are expected to sign former Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. (Jordan Schultz on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Marshall was a second-round pick in 2021 out of LSU, and through three seasons in Charlotte, N.C., he had 64 catches for 767 yards. Now the former Tiger is headed to a WR room that has lots of talent (Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel Sr., Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall) but lacks depth at the bottom of the rotation. However, Marshall has struggled to get open in his career (42 career open rating per ESPN Analytics) and has not shown the development that was expected for a Round 2 pick.
