Fantasy Impact:
Cook has had a full healthy offseason to train after struggling in 2023 with the Jets. The 29-year-old has indicated that this is the best he has felt in years. If Cook were to sign in Dallas, it would impact the fantasy viability of Ezekiel Elliott and Rico Dowdle.
