Mike Hall is expected to be placed on the NFL Commissioner's Exempt List by Tuesday in wake of a domestic violence charge. (Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)

Hall was charged back on August 13 when the NFL launched an investigation. This will be a situation to continue to monitor.
