Fantasy Impact:
Strong's season will end early, his second in Cleveland. Over the last two seasons, he has earned 108 touches, averaging 5.1 yards per opportunity. The former South Dakota State back has one year left on his rookie deal and could be back in Cleveland as RB depth next season. Veteran RB D'Onta Foreman should be Cleveland's starter in Week 18.
