Max Duggan waived by the Chargers

Fantasy Impact:
Duggan was a seventh-round pick of the Chargers last year. He appeared in one preseason game this year before he was waived. Easton Stick and Luis Perez are now the other quarterbacks on the Chargers roster in training camp behind Justin Herbert.
