Fantasy Impact:

Evans, who saw some limited action from Weeks 4-10, will now be inactive for the fifth game in a row and seventh this season. The third-year back out of Michigan has not had a carry or target since Week 1. He is inactive alongside WR Ja'Marr Chase, LB Devin Harper, C Trey Hill, OT D'Ante Smith, TE Irv Smith Jr. and DT Travis Bell.
