Free agent S Julian Blackmon is on a free agent visit to the #Panthers today, sources say.

Fantasy Impact:

Blackmon recorded three interceptions with 86 tackles last season with the Colts where he spent five years as a starter. He would help provide an immediate upgrade in the secondary for Carolina.
