Bengals RB Chris Evans is officially inactive for a Week 13 matchup with Jacksonville.
Fantasy Impact:
Evans will be a healthy scratch for the second consecutive week. Chase Brown and Trayveon Williams will serve as the backups to Joe Mixon against the Jaguars.
