Raiders QB Brian Hoyer is officially inactive for a Week 9 matchup with the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
With rookie Aidan O’Connell getting the start and Jimmy Garoppolo serving as the backup, Hoyer will remain a healthy scratch. Fantasy managers can expect Hoyer to remain inactive unless there is an injury to the two quarterbacks in front of him.
