Raiders QB Brian Hoyer is officially inactive for a Week 8 matchup with the Lions.
Fantasy Impact:
Hoyer will no longer serve as the backup with rookie Aidan O’Connell active in Week 8. Fantasy managers can leave the veteran on the waiver wire.
