Fantasy Impact:
The rookie wasn't ruled out before Sunday despite being a longshot to play against the Saints, but now he has been ruled out after failing to clear the NFL's protocols. He is expected to be back in Week 8 following the team's bye week, and fantasy managers can look for John Metchie III to get more work in his absence.
