Tank Dell in concussion protocol

Tank Dell has entered the NFL’s concussion protocol and will be monitored throughout the week according to head coach DeMeco Ryans. (Brooks Kubena on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Dell exited Sunday’s contest after suffering the concussion, and will need to pass through the multiple steps in order to be cleared to return to action for the Texans ahead of a Week 6 showdown with the New Orleans Saints.
