Justin Blackmon not likely to play in 2015

Jaguars GM David Caldwell said Tuesday the Jaguars have had "no contact with Blackmon and believe that his 21-month absence from the game makes it unlikely the former first-round pick will play in the NFL again". (Mike DiRocco, ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Blackmon should be written off as a fantasy option for this year and future years. He has basically blown all opportunities within the NFL.
