James Mitchell caught all three of his targets for 53 receiving yards in the Lions' 21-16 win over the Giants Friday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Mitchell flashed an ability to stretch the field Friday night, averaging 17.7 yards per reception while finishing second the team in receptions on the night. The tight end has spent much of camp behind first-round draft pick Sam LaPorta, but could still carve out a modest role as the No. 2 option as part of an offense looking for more explosive plays this upcoming season.
