Fantasy Impact:
It's assumed that Stroud will be the week one starting QB, and this trend in practice implies things are heading in that direction. However, without much depth for pass-catching talent, this news isn't likely to cause a spike in Stroud's draft cost at QB25 according to FantasyPros consensus ADP or his QB28 ranking per FantasyPros ECR.
