Tim Patrick feared to have suffered Achilles injury

Tim Patrick was carted off the practice field on Monday after sustaining a non-contact injury, and the early fear is that the veteran WR suffered an Achilles injury, according to Broncos HC Sean Payton. (James Palmer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
There is a ton of optimism in Denver this season now that Sean Payton is in town to attempt to fix what should be a loaded offense, but this is a devastating blow for Patrick, who was attempting to come back from a torn ACL that caused him to miss the entire 2022 season. Patrick is heading for an MRI this afternoon to determine the severity of the injury. Any extended absence likely means additional opportunities for rookie WR Marvin Mims.
