Cowboys place Ryan Williams on IR

While it was initially thought that the Cowboys cut ties with RB Ryan Williams, the team has announced that they have placed him on season-ending IR. He is again dealing with a knee injury. (Cowboys)
Fantasy Impact:
While he hasn't been released, this latest injury could still signal the end of Williams' career. A once highly-touted RB, injuries have greatly diminished Williams' value.
