Chip Kelly is liking what he sees in Nolan Carroll

Eagles head coach Chip Kelly continues to to draw praises to CB Nolan Carroll, "Nolan Carroll has done an unbelievable job in the offseason. He's a guy that stands out in terms of what he's done in the weight room and some of those other things. I'm not slighting anybody by not saying them, but I just think Nolan is a guy, when you ask me about the defensive backs, that has really done a great job in the offseason." (Bleacher Report)
Fantasy Impact:
Carroll never really got a shot to start in 2014 and was more of a role player for the Eagles in his first season with the team. With all the positives during the offseason and praise from his head coach, Carroll might have a decent shot at starting at CB this season.
