Chris Evans is officially inactive for the Bengals' Week 14 matchup with Cleveland.
Fantasy Impact:
Evans did not appear on the injury report this week and appears to be a healthy scratch. Fantasy managers should expect Joe Mixon and Samaje Perine to see the bulk of the work Sunday.
