Fantasy Impact:
St. Brown was reportedly removed from Sunday's game due to a concussion. Dan Campbell went on to say he did not suffer a concussion, but was unable to return to the field due to league rules that prohibit a return for players who are exhibiting ataxia. He should be good to go this weekend against the Dolphins barring any setbacks.
