New York Giants WR Kadarius Toney is active for the team's Week 2 home game against the Carolina Panthers. (Dan Salomone on Giants.com )
Fantasy Impact:
Toney has been battling a hamstring injury and played just 7 snaps in the Giants' opener against the Tennessee Titans. Game tape shows he impacted the Titans' defensive scheme when he was on the field but until we see him significantly more involved in the team's offense, fantasy owners should not deploy Toney unless absolutely desperate.
