Fantasy Impact:
While the report that he'll be active is good news for fantasy managers, the other concern is that Toney only played seven offensive snaps in Week 1 even though fellow WR Wan'Dale Robinson left with an injury. It's likely that Toney plays more in this one, but he is a risky start, given his injury and Week 1 performance.
