Fantasy Impact:
A foot injury left Garrett sidelined for another practice on Thursday. It's not thought to be a serious issue, but the team wants to be careful with his recovery and ensure that he doesn't further aggravate the issue. If for some reason he's unable to play in Week 3, that will be bad news for Cleveland's defense in what should be a great matchup against the Giants.
