Sterling Shepard 'ready to go' for Week 1

Fantasy Impact:

Shepard returned to practice just two weeks ago, but everything has gone smoothly thus far. An Achilles tear like the one Shepard suffered nine months ago is a notoriously difficult injury from which to return, at least at a player's previous level of performance. Nevertheless, Shepard has been an underrated receiver for years, particularly in PPR formats. With the Giants desperate for any consistency at the position, Shepard should see plenty of targets. So long as he's healthy, he's worth rostering and likely starting most weeks.
