Fantasy Impact:
Not only was Dean able to practice on Thursday, but he also wasn't restricted at all and was a full participant. He should be good to go for Week 3, which is great news for a Bucs' secondary that may be without Antoine Winfield Jr. (foot) against the Broncos.
