Alvin Kamara's court hearing delayed at least two months

The court hearing involving Saints running back Alvin Kamara has been delayed at least two months, according to David Starns of the Las Vegas-based 8 News Now. Neither Kamara nor the other three defendants were present for the beginning of the hearing today, which necessitated its postponement. The felony battery case stems from a February incident in which Kamara was allegedly involved in a beating at a Las Vegas nightclub before the Pro Bowl. (David Charns on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This development suggests that Kamara will be available for the Saints come Week 1 and any legal discipline or football suspension would be delayed until later in the season. Kamara played in just 13 games last year but still finished as the RB8. The ongoing legal situation has dropped his 2022 ADP to RB12.
