Chris Carson (neck) not cleared for minicamp

Fantasy Impact:
Carroll said Carson has an important date in two weeks to see where he's at coming back from neck surgery. His future still remains very much uncertain. Rashaad Penny and Kenneth Walker sit at the top of the depth chart as of now for the Seahawks.
